Type and Logo exercies
Logotypes
A combination of logo exercises and commissioned works. The logo exercises were based off of a different design exercise for each one, such as creating a logo from a recent trend like the Young Sparks logo, or creating monogram designs within 15 minutes. The different exercises allowed for me to sketch concepts quickly and think of creative ways to represent an idea through a logo. Exercises like these are important to my design process as it helps me quickly think of strong concepts that have potential to be refined into an effective mark for a brand.
First presented in a black and white format to show the logo’s readability before presenting color.
